Our programs include base conditioning, flexibility training, power speed development, plyometrics, weight training, agility drills and many other sports specific training drills.
Working with today's youth athletes ages 7-18. Focus on developing overall fitness, athleticism, speed, agility strength, core, and sport specific movements.
Boxing is a great way to workout the entire body. Boxing workouts are very demanding on the cardiovascular system and adds a resistance muscle shredding compnent to it. Boxing requires, fast feet hand eye cordination and really aids on building athleticsm while learning the art.
