Every athlete is different but I recommend that we meet as trainer/athlete at least 2-4x week
I train athletes from 7-77. I am well a well rounded athletic performance trainer and I believe that we are all athletes in some fashion whether it's scoring touchdowns, hitting home runs, or playing with grandchildren- we all want to move efficiently and injury free.
It's a fun fitness circuit workout that compliments the sport of the birthday boy or girls choice! They are a great and fun way to engage in activity with friends and family, while challenging fitness levels in a sport based atmosphere.
We can customize the sport experience to any age group. The goal is to have a fun and active party!
All sports are an option from flag football to kickball depending on the theme chosen by the organizers.
